How do I know which skateboard deck size is right for me?
Deck size depends on your height, shoe size, and skating style. Generally, 8.0" to 8.25" is a versatile mid-range. Check our 'Size Guide' page for a detailed breakdown based on your specific measurements.
Do you offer free shipping on larger items like complete boards?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Can I return a skateboard if I have already applied the grip tape?
Items must be in original, unused condition to be eligible for a return. Once grip tape has been applied to a deck or a board has been skated, it is considered used and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Afterpay and Klarna.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available if you need your gear sooner.
Do you assemble 'Complete' skateboards before shipping?
By default, 'Completes' are shipped fully assembled and ready to ride. If you prefer to build it yourself, please leave a note in the 'Order Instructions' at checkout and we will ship the components separately.
